Orders awaiting the next shipping window will be scheduled for an upcoming Monday or Tuesday. If you need your products for a specific event, please contact sales@paisausa.com before ordering so we can help you choose a shipping option.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order and the shipping address. It is calculated based on the rate provided by the shipping company; we usually work with UPS.

Packaging:

We ship our products in well-packaged cooler boxes using refrigerated packages (Foam Cooler) with dry ice. This is a safe and effective way to maintain the freshness and quality of the food during transportation. The cost of this packaging supply is automatically calculated during the checkout process on our website. With these measures, we ensure that you can enjoy your favorite foods in perfect condition upon receipt.

Successful Delivery:

To guarantee a successful delivery, make sure to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. If you have any special requests, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

If Your Order Arrives in Poor Condition:

Please contact us immediately, preferably by email at sales@paisausa.com. It's essential that you take photos of the condition of your order to support your claim with the shipping company.
