Shipments are processed and sent from Monday to Wednesday to all the Continental US. On Thursdays, we only make shipments to Florida. Orders placed between Wednesday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. These processing times are to ensure the delivery of refrigerated products in perfect condition.
Keep in mind that if you need your order to be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, you should place it before Sunday. This way, you ensure that your order arrives during that week.
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order and the shipping address. It is calculated based on the rate provided by the shipping company; we usually work with UPS.
Estimated Handling Time and Transit Time:
The transit time will depend on the shipping method. The estimate Handling Time is 4 days and Transit Time is 2 - 4 Days.
We ship our products in well-packaged cooler boxes using refrigerated packages (Foam Cooler) with dry ice. This is a safe and effective way to maintain the freshness and quality of the food during transportation. The cost of this packaging supply is automatically calculated during the checkout process on our website. With these measures, we ensure that you can enjoy your favorite foods in perfect condition upon receipt.
To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we provide tracking information for all shipped packages. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. This way, you can easily monitor its journey and estimate its arrival.
To guarantee a successful delivery, make sure to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. If you have any special requests, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
If you are in Miami, you can also pick up your order at our warehouse located at 7921 NW 21 St. Doral 33122. During checkout, select the Pick-up option, you'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup (1 business day). Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm.
If Your Order Arrives in Poor Condition:
Please contact us immediately, preferably by email at email@example.com. It's essential that you take photos of the condition of your order to support your claim with the shipping company.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
