Thank you for shopping with us. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth return process for you. Please read our Returns Policy carefully, as it contains important information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@paisausa.com. You will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return conditions
- The full name of the person who placed the order.
- The order number.
- Your invoice as proof of purchase is required for any return.
- Any items you have accepted and then return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please pack the product well.
Do you want to exchange your product?
That's no problem at all. You can contact sales@paisausa.com for this . However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged or faulty so we can look into it and make it right. Paisausa will repair broken parts or items or refund the purchase price based on the results of an inspection per order.
Restocking costs
Restocking costs of the purchase price are not charged.

- c) If there is damage, please add clear pictures of it.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It may take10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
