We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Do you want to exchange your product?

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged or faulty so we can look into it and make it right. Paisausa will repair broken parts or items or refund the purchase price based on the results of an inspection per order.
Restocking costs of the purchase price are not charged.
