What are the shipping costs?

  • Free shipping at local deliveries (Miami Dade and Broward) on purchases over $61 or greater with discount code FREEDELIVERY at checkout.
  • Shipping charges for your order  will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

What should I do if my order still does not arrive?

If you are still waiting for your order and the deadline for delivery is already expired, we ask that you please contact the email sales@paisausa.com and we will immediately proceed to resolve your case.

How long does it take to get orders?

  • Miami Dade and Broward: If you place your order from Monday to Thursday, the order will be delivered the next business day. If you place your order Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week.
  • Rest of cities in the US: Shipments are made on Mondays and Tuesdays (East Coast, West Coast), we will also ship on Wednesdays to Florida and Georgia. The order will be delivered in one, two or three businesses  days depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Do you ship in the rest of the United States?

Yes, We ship anywhere in the Continental US. All products are shipped in insulated refrigerated packaging that includes gel packs and dry ice to preserve their quality throughout the shipping duration.

    Is it safe to buy online?

Shopping at Paisa is safe, our e-commerce technology platform has a number of rules developed to protect credit card owners' data during and after the financial transaction" and DSS "SSL Security Certificate: This certificate ensures that all your personal data such as shipping address, credit card details and order history will not be disclosed.

    How do returns and refunds work?

    For returns and refunds, you must inform in the first 48 hours after receiving the order, that you want a refund and the reason. Do not discard the box or products.

    Email us at: sales@paisausa.com with the following information:

    1. Date of the day you received the order.
    2. Full name to whom the order was sent.
    3. E-mail used to place the order.
    4. Reason for the return.
    5. A phone number where we can call to coordinate the collection of products.

    We will pick up the box with the products and upon receipt, your credit card will be refunded, and a copy of the confirmation will be sent to you by email.
