WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (before payment).

Cost will vary depending on your location (amount of refrigerants we must insert -Weight-); shipping label you choose ground, air; weight of your purchase.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER STILL DOES NOT ARRIVE or if i'm not happy with the service?

If you are still waiting for your order and the deadline for delivery is already expired or you are not satisfied with your purchase. Keep calm and please email us to sales@paisausa.com and we will immediately proceed to resolve your case. Your happiness is our #1 priority.

DO YOU SHIP IN THE REST OF THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the Continental US.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

We carefully pack our boxes with insulated thermal liners and refrigerants (dry Ice and Icepacks) to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit and delivery to ensure all our products arrive fresh and save.

.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET ORDERS?

  • Miami Dade and Broward: If you place your order between Monday and Thursday, the order will be delivered the next business day. If you place your order Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week.
  • Rest of the cities in the US: 
    • We ship Monday and Tuesday 3 day labels
    • We ship  Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 2-day labels
    • We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1-day labels

 HOW DO RETURNS AND REFUNDS WORK?
