What are the shipping costs?

  • Free shipping at local deliveries (Miami Dade and Broward) on purchases over $61 or greater with discount code FREEDELIVERY at checkout.
  • Our local delivery fee is $13.00 on purchases under $61.
  • Shipping charges for your order to the rest of cities in US will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

What should I do if my order still does not arrive?

If you are still waiting for your order and the deadline for delivery is already expired, we ask that you please contact the email sales@paisausa.com and we will immediately proceed to resolve your case.

How long does it take to get orders?

  • Miami Dade and Broward: If you place your order from Monday to Friday, the order will be delivered the next business day.
  • Rest of cities in US: Shipments are made on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The order will be delivered in one or two days depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Do you ship in the rest of the United States?

Yes, We ship anywhere in the Continental US including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. All products are shipped in insulated refrigerated packaging that includes gel packs and dry ice to preserve their quality throughout the shipping duration.
