Asado negro is one of the most typical dishes in Venezuela and one of our favorite Venezuelan home meals. Traditionally it is served with a Venezuelan-style garnish. white rice and sweet slices or sweet plantains.
Ingredients: Round beef, brown sugar, peppers, red and white wine, olives, carrot, tomatoes, leek, onion, garlic, celery, olive oil, pink salt, Xantan Gum. Black pepper.
