Arpas are a South American delicacy and are incredibly versatile. They are believed to have been invented by the indigenous residents of the Andes mountains in Venezuela and Colombia. They are usually sold as a street food and are eaten at all points throughout the day as a snack or side dish. 

In Venezuela we usually eat arepa for the breakfast, but it’s not limited to it.  We have infinite options to fill our arepas:
